Terms & Conditions
Welcome to FRITES Members Club! Operated by FRITES Management Limited, the FRITES Members Club ("FRITES Members Club ") is a fantastic way to enjoy exclusive benefits for our valued members ("Members"). By participating in the program, Members agree to adhere to the following Terms and Conditions, which may be updated periodically.
Membership
1.1. Eligibility: Individuals aged 18 or above are eligible to apply for Membership. Applicants under 18 years must obtain parental or legal guardian consent. Proof of age may be requested at any time by FRITES.
1.2. Registration: Applicants must provide authentic, accurate, and complete personal information when registering on the FRITES Members Club web app. Each individual may hold one FRITES Rewards membership at a time.
1.3. Application Review: FRITES reserves the right to decline, re-issue, or terminate applications that are incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent.
1.4. Non-Transferable: Membership is non-transferable and for personal use only. Member identity verification may be required.
1.5. Usage Restrictions: Member offers and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers.
1.6. Membership Validity: All Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of joining, renewing, upgrading, or downgrading.
1.7. Corporate Membership: Corporate Membership is by invitation only. Organizations interested in becoming Corporate Members may email Belle Garcia at belle@frites.com for enquiries.
1.7.1 Corporate Members will be asked to verify their membership on a yearly basis via verification email sent to their company email address. Should they fail to verify this email, they will be downgraded to the “Green” tier.
Membership Upgrade and Downgrade
2.1. Membership Tier Review: Member tiers (GREEN, SILVER, GOLD) are reviewed annually upon the membership anniversary date.
2.2. Tier Progression: Tier status for the following membership year is determined by the total eligible spending (converted to FRITES Tier Points) in the previous membership year.
GREEN to SILVER: GREEN tier members need to earn 6,000 points per membership year to be upgraded to SILVER.
SILVER Retention & Upgrade: SILVER tier members need to earn 6,000 points per membership year to retain SILVER status. To upgrade to the GOLD tier, SILVER members need to earn 12,000 points per membership year.
GOLD Retention: GOLD tier members need to earn 12,000 points per membership year to retain the GOLD tier.
2.3. Tier Downgrade: If a Member does not meet the spending requirement to retain their current tier, their membership will be downgraded to the appropriate tier (e.g., a GOLD member who earn less than 12,000 points will be downgraded to SILVER, and a SILVER member who earns less than 6,000 points will be downgraded to GREEN).
Earning FRITES Points
3.1. Members are required to present your FRITES Members Club ID before settling the bills. Members can earn 1 FRITES Point for every eligible HK$1 spent in the following participating restaurants. A maximum of 12,000 FRITES Points can be earned per bill including private and corporate functions. (Eligible spending refers to payment settled by cash, credit card, and electronic payments including Alipay, WeChat Pay)

3.2. Eligible Spending: FRITES Points are earned based on settlement amounts after service charges, excluding promotional offers, discounts, tips, and purchase of cash coupons. Online food delivery are not eligible for earning FRITES Points.
3.3. Points Crediting: Earned FRITES Points are credited to the membership account the day after the completed transaction.
3.4. Expiry: FRITES Tier Points earned expire on a 12-month rolling basis on the date of issue.
3.5. Redemption: FRITES Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
3.6. Accelerated Points Earning: ie bonus tier points during birthday months are not applicable for function booking and events.
Benefits
4.1. Welcome Offers: Welcome offers can be redeemed once per registered email/mobile number.
4.2. Birthday Offer: Birthday offers vary by membership tiers and may require valid identification for verification.
General Conditions
5.1. Regular Updates: Members are responsible for regularly checking the FRITES website or web app for updates, new promotions, and redemption offers.
5.2. Account Termination: Accounts with no recorded FRITES Members Club spending for 12 months or more may be terminated without prior notice.
5.3. Membership Termination: FRITES reserves the right to terminate membership and cancel all FRITES Points earned if fraudulent activity or a violation of the Terms and Conditions is found.
5.4. Program Changes: FRITES reserves the right to alter the Terms and Conditions or terminate the FRITES Members Club at any time without prior notice.
5.5 FRITES Macau: FRITES Members Club benefits are not valid at FRITES Macau.
5.6. Final Decision: FRITES has the final decision on the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions and any disputes regarding the FRITES Members Club.
