How can I join FRITES Members Club?
To join FRITES Members Club, there are several ways individuals can register:
Log onto the FRITES Members Club website – https://rewards.frites.hk
Join using a QR Code in one of our venues

Existing Members:
As the new program operates on a different platform, please register using one of the following ways:

If you were a MEMBER in the previous FRITES App Loyalty Program, you will need to re-register for FRITES Members Club. Please use the registered email and mobile no. (used on the previous program) to create your account.
If I am a current Corporate member from the previous FRITES Circle Program, do I need to register for FRITES Members Club again?
If you were a Corporate member in the previous FRITES App Loyalty Program, you will need to re-register for FRITES Members Club. Please use the registered email and mobile no. (used on the previous program) to create your account. You will then be prompted to enter your company email address and an email validation will be sent to confirm your participation in the Corporate Program.
If I am a current VIP member from the previous FRITES Circle Program, do I need to register for FRITES Members Club again?
If you were a VIP in the previous FRITES App Loyalty Program, you will need to re-register for FRITES Members Club. Please use the registered email and mobile no. (used on the previous program) to create your account.
What will happen to the points I earned in the previous FRITES Circle Program?
Points accrued in the previous FRITES App Loyalty Program will be converted into a cash voucher, which can be accessed directly through the new FRITES Rewards web app when it launches early July 2024. The conversion rate is 2 points = HKD1. For example, 5,000 points will be converted to a HKD2,500 voucher.
How do I redeem FRITES rewards?
FRITES Rewards can be redeemed with your FRITES points.
How can I earn FRITES points?
FRITES Points are earned based on the spending during dining, with an exchange rate of HKD1 = 1 Point. FRITES points are used to redeem food and beverage rewards when dining at FRITES.
Where can I find my current points and rewards balance?
The current points and rewards balance can be viewed on the home screen of the FRITES Members Club web app.
Will my FRITES points expire?
FRITES points expire one year from the date of issue.
How do I redeem my FRITES rewards?
To redeem rewards, go to “Discover” tab of the rewards section and let our team know which reward to wish to redeem.
How many rewards can I redeem at a time?
Only ONE reward can be redeemed/used per visit.
If I spend over $200 at FRITES, will I still get a dining reward?
No, the old dining rewards structure have been replaced. We now have a points-based system that lets you use your points to choose from a much wider variety of reward.
If I use my points to get a free reward, like a pasta dish, will I be downgraded from my current tier (like Silver or Gold)?
No, absolutely not. Redeeming your points for rewards will never cause you to be downgraded. Your tier status is based entirely on the total points you have earned from purchases during the year, not the points you use on rewards.
How can I redeem my birthday privileges?
Your birthday reward can be found on the rewards “My Rewards” page. Simply show it to our team to claim your reward.
If both my husband and I have joined the FRITES Loyalty Program, can we combine our rewards points for redemption?
Members cannot combine FRITES points from different accounts for rewards redemption.
What if I have forgotten my Member Login Password?
For forgotten member login passwords, the "Forgot Password" option on the login page can be utilized. A verification email will be sent upon entering the registered email address.
How can I upgrade my member account to a higher tier?
Membership tier upgrades can be achieved by spending below amounts within a year.

Members' tier status will be subject to downgrade if the minimum spending requirement per membership year is not met.

Your membership remains valid as long as you actively visit FRITES.
